Somehow I always think I will never fail to find recipes I haven't made for a year...I think my subconscious must be under the false impression I have a fool-proof memory...ah if it were only true! If you too fall into this category don't let your self fall sway to the lie!!
Rosh Hashanah is coming up fast so I figured I should dig out my "successfuls" from last year...so far it's been like..."yeah...um hopefully this is the same recipe??"...New years resolution #1 start a holiday recipe book!
I specifically wanted to make sure I had the recipe for the apple cake I used last year it was really really reeeeeally good! I have the following recipe copied out in my recipe book....I guess we'll find out this year if it is indeed the same one...I sure hope so!
